b. Butter or butter substitute

c. Cheese

2.   Get cutting board.
3.   Get plate.
4.   Get knife to cut bread with.
5.   Get bread.
6.   Cut bread.
7.   Put bread on plate.
8.   Put bread back where it lives.
9.   Get butter.
10. Get cheese.
11. Get butter knife.
12. Spread butter on bread slices.
13. Get preferred variety of cheese slicer.
14. Estimate number of cheese slices required.
15. Slice cheese.
16. Place cheese on buttered bread.
17. Put cheese back where it lives.
18. Put butter back where it lives.
19. Eat.
